PLEASE NOTE: The better your image quality, the better the finished design will be. We cannot be held responsible for poor low quality low resolution images sent to us. Ideally we recommend your image to be at least 1000 pixels x 1000 pixels in size minimum. Instructions on how to send us your photo will be in your email order receipt.

The design is transferred directly onto an 11oz mug using the Best Printing Technology to ensure your mug is produced to the Highest Standard. The mugs we use are specially coated for printing from an ISO 14001 Certified Factory and are microwave/dishwasher safe.

All our designs are made to order by ourselves from our design studio and dispatched within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends / Public Holidays) using Royal Mail Signed for Service.
