Under normal circumstances we will process your order within 2 business/working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). We then ship your order using the UK Royal Mail via their first class posting service. Arrival times can take anything from next day to 4 days depending on their work loads. Obviously these times will vary depending on whether you're based in the UK or not. If you're ordering from Europe or a country outside the European Union, then times will inevitably be longer.

Yes they are. But if you've never fitted graphics before, we do provide you with full fitting instructions totaly free of charge and if that wasn't enough, we also provide you with free instructional videos ensuring you are able to fit your graphics with complete confidence.

9 times out of 10, no they don't. The graphics we produce are actually computer die cut from adhesive vinyl, meaning, you will receive what you see in the image. In other words, let's say you buy one of our wall art designs, you will receive all the lettering which will be pre-spaced on a carrier sheet with an application tape applied over the top. Occasionally though, we do multilayer certain decals which will have a background to them. This will be stated in the products description on that particular product page.

No, you can only stick our decals to a smooth clean flat surface such as, metal, plastic, glass, painted wood etc.

Providing you install them correctly they will withstand pressure washing and will last for years.

No, once they've been fixed, they're fixed permanently or until you remove them, but they are NOT re-usable.

Unfortunately we only accept PayPal payments at the present time, but that being said, you do NOT need a PayPal account to use PayPal and you can use their eCheque system if you'd prefer, however, if you choose to use their eCheque option, we will NOT be able to process your order until the eCheque has cleared.

Absolutely! They will withstand the weather elements for 5 - 7+ years.

The main reason for seeing this message will be because your order is over and above a deliverable set amount allowed for your particular country (over 10 items). If your order is over 10 items, then all you need to do is contact us with full details of your requirements including:

1. What products you want?
2. Exactly how many you require?

We will then put together an invoice and send it to you via email which will include the best shipping option available. Once you've paid the invoice in full, we will then be able to proceed with your order.

Yes you can.

We have a 14 day returns policy so if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price providing the item is undamaged, unused, returned in the original packaging and within the 14 day period.

We do not refund return postage costs therefore, all return postage costs must be met by the purchaser. Note: For obvious reasons we cannot issue refunds on personalised items.

That's a very good question and we can promise you this is NOT something we've just randomely made up...

All our wall art creations vary in design, the amount of vinyl used to create the finished item and the complexity of weeding the design. Therefore, for the more labour intensive designs and the ones that consume more material, this is inevitably reflected in the overall price. Although, that being said, we do believe all our prices are extremely competitive for the quality of the item you will receive.
