Delivery Information

Once you've placed and order with us, normally it will be processed within 2 working/business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). We then ship your item(s) in most cases via UK Royal Mail 2nd class service (unless you opt for the signed for option on check out). Sometimes we may use an alternative carrier for larger bulkier orders, but this will be at our own discretion

 

Once we've processed your order and handed it over to the Royal Mail for delivery, usually for the UK, it should arrive the next working day, but on ocassions it can take a little longer. For European orders, it can take up to 10 working/business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) and for countries outside of the European Union it can take up to 15 working/business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: As per the Royal Mail terms for shipping times, please abide by the following rules before contacting us as we are unable to resolve any issues with the Royal Mail until the below times have elapsed from your order arriving with them:

 

  • UK Deliveries - You must allow up to 15 working/business days from the due delivery date before contacting us about your items.
  • European Deliveries - You must allow up to 20 working/business days from the due delivery date before contacting us about your items.
  • Worldwide Deliveries - You must allow up to 25 working/business days from the due delivery date before contacting us about your items.

 

At the present time, we have the following pricing structure in place:

 

  • United Kingdom - All UK shipping is FREE (Unless you opt for the recorded option at checkout).
  • European Countries - Spend just £90 GBP with us and you'll recieve FREE shipping.
  • Outside of Europe - Spend just £100 GBP with us and get FREE shipping.

 

We have a 14 day returns policy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price providing the item is undamaged, unused and returned in the original packaging. We do not refund return postage costs therefore, all return postage costs must be met by the purchaser. Note: For obvious reasons we cannot issue refunds on personalised items.
