It is not necessary to register with us in order to view the products available on this website. However, if you want to place orders then you must register with us.

This Website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms of use.
You may print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

SITE UPTIME
All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this Website is operational 24 hours a day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in Website down time, but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

VISITOR PROVIDED MATERIAL
Any material that a visitor to this Website sends or posts to this Website shall be considered non-proprietary and non confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once you've placed and order with us, normally it will be processed within 2 working / business days (excluding weekends and UK bank / public holidays).
 

UK postage, in most cases your item(s) will be posted  via Royal Mail 2nd class signed service (unless you opt for the special delivery at check out). Sometimes we may use an alternative carrier for larger bulkier orders, but this will be at our own discretion

Once we've processed your order and handed it over to Royal Mail for delivery, it should arrive the with 2 -3 working days, but on occasions it can take a little longer. 

PLEASE NOTE: As per Royal Mail terms for shipping times, please allow 15 working / business days from expected delivery date, before contacting us as we are unable to resolve any issues with Royal Mail until this time has elapsed. 

International Postage, we use an international courier for all orders for delivery outside the UK using a Tracked & Signed service so you can track your item to your door.  Once your order has arrived in the destination country it is handed to their delivery partner (i.e.: Local Postal Service, FedEx, DHL, etc…) for the remainder of its journey to you.  International shipping times are from 3 – 15 days dependent on country.

PLEASE NOTE, since Brexit you may be charged import / tax duties on your parcel prior to delivery, these are different depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the purchasers, please factor this in prior to ordering.

Europe = 3 – 6 Days from posting (excluding production time)
USA = 3 – 6  Days from posting (excluding production time)
R.O.W = 5 – 15 Days from posting (excluding production time)

RETURNS POLICY
We have a 14 day returns policy, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of approval for return. Items received after 14 days will be subject to a Late Return Fee of 20% of Purchase Price. 

Providing items are returned within the 14 day return period and the item is Returned UNDAMAGED, UNUSED, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING and in a RESALABLE CONDITION, a refund of the purchase price (EXCLUDING Postage and a RESTOCK FEE OF £3.95) will be issued. Items received after 14 days will also be subject to a Late Return Fee of 20% of Purchase Price. 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the delivery address is complete and correct, items returned due to incomplete, incorrect address or refused delivery will only be refunded on the safe return of the item EXCLUDING Original Postage Cost and a RESTOCK FEE OF £3.95.

PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF POSTING. For International returns items must be returned using a tracked postage service.

NOTE: For obvious reasons we DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds on Personalised items, Custom / Bespoke Orders. 

Items that are returned without original packaging, damaged or unusable may be subject to a reduction in refund, any item returned in a condition not suitable for resale will not be refunded.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

NONE DELIVERIES
 In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive, or is lost in the post, it is standard practice for us to issue an identical replacement item, but only after the maximum delivery threshold stated by the Royal Mail (depending on your delivery choice at checkout). On most occasions none deliveries occur due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. We cannot be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses and it is down to you the customer to double check your shipping address is full and correct to avoid none delivery of your purchase(s).

Refunds will only issued if the goods are faulty, arrive with you damaged (which requires photographic evidence to be sent to us) or they're returned to us as a 'Unable To Deliver' item.

All material contained on this Website is provided without any or warranty of any kind. You use the material on this Website at your own discretion.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this Website.
Nothing in these Terms of Use shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.

These terms of use are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
